This is the Versorix privacy policy. It explains what data versorix.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to access or delete it. Versorix Inc. does not sell personal information and does not engage in data brokerage of any kind.

The policy applies to website visitors, clients who book strategy calls, and active clients. The goal is to be plain about what data flows where so people understand the trade rather than burying it in ten pages of disclosure language.

Versorix Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian company based in Aurora, Ontario. It operates as a sole-operator marketing business run by Jaden Parisi. For privacy purposes, Jaden is the data controller and the point of contact for any access, correction, or deletion request. Inquiries should go to info@versorix.com with the word "Privacy" in the subject line. Versorix does not sell personal information to third parties for any purpose and does not engage in data brokerage of any kind.

What information does Versorix collect and why?

Three categories of data flow through the site. Analytics data, including basic page-view information collected by Google Analytics, behavioral analytics tools, and advertising pixels for retargeting purposes. Form submissions, when a visitor books a strategy call or sends a contact message, which include name, email, phone, and the visitor's stated reason for reaching out. Third-party booking platform data, where the calendar widget receives form data directly for scheduling and follow-up automation purposes.

The reason for collecting analytics data is to understand what visitors find useful and where the site fails to convert. The reason for collecting form submission data is to follow up on inquiries and operate the strategy-call booking workflow. Versorix does not collect data for resale, brokerage, or any third-party marketing purpose beyond what is required to operate ad campaigns on Meta and Google for Versorix itself.

What cookies and tracking technologies does the site use?

The site uses a small number of first-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies maintain session state and remember basic preferences during a visit. Third-party cookies from analytics and advertising platforms enable retargeting and conversion measurement. Visitors who want to opt out of advertising cookies can do so via browser settings, the Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing info@versorix.com directly. No cookies are required to use the site or to book a strategy call.

What are your data rights, and how is data shared?

What "sale" and "sharing" mean under California and GDPR law

California's CPRA and the EU GDPR both define data sharing broadly. The Meta Pixel and similar advertising tools are generally considered sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even when no money changes hands. Versorix flags this so the relationship is transparent rather than hidden inside ten pages of disclosure language. How long does Versorix keep your data?

Form submissions and strategy-call inquiries are retained for as long as the relationship is active plus a reasonable window for record-keeping and dispute resolution, typically seven years for tax and business-record purposes in Canada. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of the analytics providers, usually two to fourteen months depending on the platform. Active client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable post-engagement window for transition support, after which it is deleted on request.

How do you exercise your data rights?

Visitors who want to know what data Versorix holds about them, correct it, delete it, or opt out of advertising-related sharing can email info@versorix.com with the relevant request in the subject line. Versorix responds within 30 days. There is no penalty for exercising these rights. Canadian residents can also escalate concerns to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. EU residents have rights under the GDPR and can escalate to their national data protection authority. California residents have rights under the CPRA and can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
